In her latest Las Vegas real estate blog, veteran realtor Leslie Hoke reported strong real estate numbers for March 2015. In her report, Hoke stated that the median price for a home in southern Nevada remained steady at $205,000 and sales increased a staggering 37.9% from last month.
Hoke, who obtains her data from the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors, stated the increase is the largest month over month gain seen since 2006, nearly a decade ago...
